- KVKandice VantreaseOct 14, 20251.0It was very disheartening to receive a letter from Consumer Diligence stating that the Bank of Texas had decided to end our financial relationship. I was taken aback as my account was never overdrawn, I had not written one bounced check, and my account was always funded. I reached out to the number provided on the letter, but to no avail. My calls were never returned, and my voicemail was not returned either. I appreciate being able to open an account elsewhere, but being treated so unkindly and unprofessionally was unwarranted and distasteful.
