However the customer service needs improvement, one person inparticular needs training in customer service skills as she is quite rude, snappy, disrespectful, presumptuous and overall just made my son and I feel like we were bothering her. Maybe she was having a bad day either way her energy and the way she spoke to us made us just get up and leave. She made us feel like we were a problem and like we were beneath her and didn't belong there. Please look into providing Janice England-Forbes customer service training as it is much needed.
