- YBYanet BlancoDec 2, 20252.0I just walked in today, Tuesday, December 2 to this location because I had a payroll error and was handed a paper check for my job. I had in mind to open a bank account here as well, but as entering, I was not even greeted and an employee named. Robin walked right past me and looked at me. I only know that’s her name because she came out of her office. Due to this interaction, I decided not to open the bank account. A simple customer service Could have gone a long way. The teller who assisted me was amazingly kind and helpful.

Not every business has to bend for you “bc you’ve been a great client for years” I’m sure the business appreciates it bc who doesn’t love easy going clients!
