He also professionally and patiently dealt with another issue that required phone calls and computer work. Has not just made banking easier, but possible in so many ways for me.

- RFRyan FriesOct 14, 20211.0Absolutely worst customer service. When I walked into the bank the teller and I made eye contact, I said good Afternoon ma’am how are you today? She replied “fine”. That’s was it no “ thank you for asking. how are you?. I presented my ID and check I was cashing she never ask how can I help you or what can I do for you, she said “ I can’t help you it’s too late in the day to cash this check”. I replied “ I just cashed a 13k check here on Tuesday at the same time without a problem “. The teller replied “ Well I just don’t have the money” ( this was a check for 6K). She mumbled a few more sentences as she walked away and went around the corner. She came and informed me that she could cash it but If have to take whatever she gives me, meaning she didn’t have large bills. I knew what she was implying but her remake could have been easily misinterpreted. She then informed me that I’d be subjected to an $8 fee even though the check was issued for Catholic Charities. I can only assume she knew it was a assistance check and that is why she made that remark. I informed her that I wasn’t charged a fee on Tuesday but if she felt it was appropriate I wouldn’t put up a fuss. Just a piss poor encounter compared to the polite, helpful, courtesy I received earlier in the week.
