In that time I have seen this branch go from being the best bank to being the worst branch ever !!! If its not several mistakes on your accounts from the tellers, who obviously have no idea what they are doing. It's the horrible customer service they give you if you are any type of minority or if you dont have millions of dollars in this bank. As a long time customer I expect to be treated with respect that standard should not be determined by the account of money I have in your bank. Respect is a standard that should be enforced no matter who you are or what you have. I wouldn't recommend this branch or this bank to anyone!!!! It seems to me they need to get back to their core values which are the customers!!!!!
