- LSLydia SmithJul 22, 20225.0I left Wells Fargo because of their business practices, and I wanted a smaller bank, so I chose Amegy. I have been nothing but happy banking with them. Today, though, I needed help with a complex problem (check fraud), and Sharon worked me through the entire problem. Hours later, my account was fine. She was courteous, knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. What a great experience with a business!

I had to go to another branch to get the help I needed and when I arrived I realized that she never gave me my ID back. When I called to ask her about it she was giggling as she told me that she didn’t have it and didn’t know where it went. Liz should not be in customer service, and I would recommend just staying clear of this branch since they don’t know how to treat customers.
