She was extremely rude and tried to make it seem like I lied about my employer! Also I passed get my phone to look at my paystub and she looked through my whole work portal without my consent to do so. She refused to give me her name I had to find it on a review somebody already left for her already for being rude! She also yelled my amount that I got approved for and the amount I was taking home out loud for other customers to hear putting my safety in jeopardy! I told her not lower her tone and she told me to “pay attention to the screen then”. I have it all on recording. She refused service and made it seem like we were the angry black people and that she didn’t do anything wrong. Meanwhile I’ve been to plenty of aces and never have I gotten this sort of treatment. She called me the hard “ER “ and trust I will be talking to my lawyer. Terrible Job ACE CASH EXPRESS!! I’m a regular customer at 1482 and they give me amazing costumer service every single time so I know that it’s just her.

Come to find It’s the new iOS update that screens unrecognizable calls and I’m telling her that but she’s just being difficult. I asked her could I just giving her a working number since she claim my number isn’t working. This lady decides to say she not sure if Im going to be able to pay for the loan. Like really. Am I’m going to come all the way over here to get a loan and not pay back it. Then proceeds to tell me to go somewhere else like all you had to say was you feel because I’m black I’m going to scam the business. But I bet if it was one of her kind she would’ve understood. Then it’s crazy because I asked her if this is the store the number she’s calling from and she was acting clueless.
