    The most difficult people to work with then you call in to talk to someone and they have know idea what they are doing. Also you get someone that doesn’t speaking English well enough to understand what they are saying. 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

    I called today for information on opening up a checking and savings account, no one will answer the phone and message states for me to make an appointment so I can just ask a few basic questions. If it starts out like this, maybe this banks not for me.

    The manager of this location makes the employees work without water... Inhumane and disgusting behavior. I wonder what OSHA and TDI will think about this.

    From the bank, to the app, and the customer service overall very unsatisfied I have a business account and personal account and on both sides im unsatisfied. If you go in in person or call on the phone its totally robotic, its self service you deal with a chat bot for an hour to notify them you have been hacked, for them to put you on the phone with someone who can't speak English also totally robotic that ask everything the automated system already asked and has you provide all of the information a second and third time ridiculous im going to switch banks it just keeps getting worse.

    Went in to cash a check and teller was extremely rude and condescending. I WAS going to open an account but id rather use Wal-Mart to cash my checks now. Its only 4 dollars for over 1000 up to 5000. I was also ripped off over 500 by the last branch.
