- SSStaceyOct 8, 20251.0My husband and I attended our 11:30 a.m. appointment on October 8th to open a business account. Unfortunately, the experience was extremely disappointing. The employee who assisted us was very aggressive and refused to clearly explain what documents were needed to open the account. Instead, he simply said, “We can’t help you.” At one point, when my husband politely asked which document was missing, the employee raised his voice at him. I was completely caught off guard by this behavior — it felt unprofessional and disrespectful, and I can’t help but wonder if there were other underlying reasons behind his attitude. The employee appeared to be of Middle Eastern or Indian descent and wore glasses, though I did not catch his name. Regardless, behavior like this has no place in a bank or any customer service environment. We left feeling disrespected and deeply disappointed by how we were treated. I hope this matter is taken seriously and properly addressed to ensure that no other customers experience this kind of treatment in the future.
