Their atm ate my check they give me a credit for it then their so called investigation team did not contact me and reversed the credit even after I sent them evidence the check was deposited at their atm by another bank that gave me documentation that it was deposited at Wells Fargo. Now I’m waiting for their fraud department again to fix what this banking system screwed up.

I complained because the check has the payee as the bank itself... all I got was sorry. This is deplorable. If anything I would have understood if the bank waived half and I paid half. This is unacceptable. May 13th, 2021. I received an email stating that the fee is charged to Wells Fargo non customers and additionally I did not have a deposit account. So although having a Wells Fargo mortgage you are not considered as having an acoount...foolishness!
