- CPCecelia PerezMar 1, 20221.0This past weekend 2 of 3 ATM’s were out of service. I managed to make 2 check deposit on 2-25-22 system had a glitch at least that’s what I was told. Today is 3-1-22 and they have my checks on hold. An error that clearly came from the ATM. I’ve spoke to the manager who wasn’t very helpful.

Gave me the best possible customer service I could possibly have hoped for. She went ABOVE AND BEYOND!!!! Answered every single question I had and then some. I wish my I could steal her for a week to come and train the managers and staff at my company!!!! KUDOS MELONY!!! YOU ARE PURE AWESOMENESS!!!!
