- FFFishingbucksNov 14, 20254.0I give 4/5 stars for the most of the employees but there's one particular employee who is not in the same page. I came in one day to find it very busy. The man with the red beard was the only one attending to customers while the other male employee was at the desk blatantly on his phone and ignoring the long line. This is not the first time I've noticed this and I feel like this extremely unfair to the others. Management needs to do something soon about this behavior.
- DVDouglas VailAug 25, 20251.0One lady, possibly the manager, although friendly (as all staff there are), requested identification more than once, just to make cash and check deposits, although never required. This happened on the drive through and inside the bank. She wouldn't answer questions about what an account analysis charge is for or what a maintenence service charge is for. I was ghosted when asking questions, a little over board. The male staff working there are however more knowledgeable and answer all questions quickly and directly.
