An average 7-10 minute wait for a teller who said staff in a back office can notarize but moments later another staff member told me not to wait unless I have an account and our local family business has previously held an account here but it was recently closed for other reasons. Will consider revision if they start offering notary service to the public please.

Damn folks. I use the branch n Quinlan and Terrell before I use this one again. It's a joke stood n line for 8 mins. Just to deposit money.
