The ATM at drive thru is dead, and there's no ATM in lobby. I regret keeping accounts open through Wells Fargo the past 25 years.

You'd think that after 20 years of banking with Wells Fargo, you'd run into all sorts of people, good and bad. But let me tell you, this lady takes the cake for being the most unsavory character I've encountered in a bank. It's as if she's on some mission to prove her superiority rather than focus on the task at hand - providing quality customer service. In my experience, I was merely trying to deposit a regular check from a vendor, something I do monthly without any hitches. But for reasons known only to her, she chose this routine transaction as her battlefield. I have not had a single comment from any other teller or manager regarding my business name, but this particular manager seemed to relish the opportunity to flex her authority. It was exhausting. You could feel the unnecessary tension she created, and honestly, it felt like she was more interested in picking a fight than assisting a long-standing customer. This is not the kind of service one expects from a bank, especially one as well-established as Wells Fargo. If I end up having to deal with her again, I'll probably just walk out. It's simply not worth the added stress or the migraine waiting to happen. I've dealt with my fair share of challenging situations, but I'm not in the habit of signing up for needless confrontations.
