This is by far the worst customer service bank I have ever experienced in 45 years of banking it’s always a problem with this bank when I go in went to take out $800 dollars they take out $1,600 dollars their system crashes often managers taking personal calls while helping customers there’s a heavy set teller who takes forever on simple transactions they ran out of temp debit cards it’s one thing after another they deserve miinus 0 stars stay away from the bank it’s TRASH save yourself

I have a business checking, 4 business credit accounts for my employees, and a personal account at this branch. They have gone above and beyond to help me.
Unfortunately people typically only review negatively in an attempt at revenge. The negative reviews I read are baseless.

Idk where to start.. I understand smaller banks aren’t as equipped as larger ones but the employees in the branches LITERALLY have no KNOWLEDGE OF ANYTHING.. EVERY time I call in reference to a question about my account they have to call somewhere else then have me wait for hours call me back I follow up with another question it’s the SAME THING from cashier check questions to simple questions about zelle and sending limits.. there’s not even an option to send money member to member.. I’ve been with this bank FOR YEARS and I’ve never had a problem until I had to actually deal with the bank.. it’s such a hassle to switch banks ESPECIALLY when your bills are automatic but enough is enough! I’ll take the hassle over poor service and a poor bank overall at this point.. Not to mention their hours aren’t updated or accurate on their website so you waste gas going up there.. it’s really sad

Change your Saturday hours on google. I planned my day around coming to the bank based off your online hours.
Do you need a debit card and checks? A safe place to save money you’ve earned? Or both? Check out our checking and savings account options to find the best one for you.
Checking accounts are used for day-to-day transactions, like buying something online or at a store with a debit card, sending money digitally, writing a rent check, or depositing cash and checks.

You can open your new account any way you want. (Note that Truist CDs can only be opened at a branch.)
Online: Get started right away by opening your account online. You’ll have to wait a few days for your debit card and checks to arrive by mail—or you can visit a branch to get a temporary debit card ASAP.
