I have been a long time customer and lost job due to COVID and had issues with canceling subscriptions and PayPal., now I’m negative and it’s all from the fees they insist on charging even though I had overdraft protection!!!! I called them to stop all payments and they continue charging. It’s almost a $1000 of fees. That’s just robbery and no service. If you want a bank who cares, don’t go here!!!!
