This billion company only has 1 person doing all of this. I Been in line for 35 minutes. Is not her fault. Wells Fargo got to do better.

I greeted her with a friendly “good morning,” but she didn’t respond in the same manner. I work in customer service, and I understand that sometimes we all have challenging days, but it’s still important to treat customers with respect and make them feel welcome.
