- GUGoogle User4 days ago1.0Today on 1/9/2025 at 2:30pm I dealt with a really arrogant banker he was an Asian man with a scraggly Peter Pan haircut named Calvin. I was first in line while he completely disregarded me for 15 min and tended to other costumers in the drive through and clicked on his computer (in no hurry at all btw) he had an attitude from the start, but never told me how long I would actually be waiting… I would’ve rather went to the atm if I knew I was gonna be sitting in line for more than 10 min to be helped. In the end, he didn’t help ANYONE in the line but the kind lady working next to him took care of me and all of the other customers while he sat at the desk. I really wish I had my phone so I could’ve gotten a picture of his smug face… Ridiculous! Will report him.

This billion company only has 1 person doing all of this. I Been in line for 35 minutes. Is not her fault. Wells Fargo got to do better.
