- MGMax GrabovAug 24, 20251.0I went on a birthday trip to Oklahoma, and my debit card from this bank was my main payment method. Every single transaction was declined without warning, even though I had submitted a travel notice in the app (a questionable feature to begin with). Instead of stopping fraudsters, the bank only made my life harder and ruined my trip. To make matters worse, customer support is only available Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 7 PM — completely useless when you’re traveling. This review is not about a specific branch but about the bank’s overall policies. I’ll most likely be switching to another bank.
