- KCKen CzernikDec 17, 20254.0This is a good bank. 4 stars because there's always room for improvement. The people at the Acton branch, as well as the Granbury branches, are great. The bank as a whole is a solid 4 stars. The main areas they could improve is tech. Their still functional as is, but web development and Zelle, things like that, could improve. Outside of that, they are 100% solid. I've done business with them for many years on almost all fronts. Many people have relationships with several banks for different reasons. When you want a relationship with a regional bank that has the flexibility and personal attention you're looking for, this is the bank.
