- RCRandal ClarkJul 1, 20241.0Dealt with an extremely condescending teller named "Krista" who told me I was "cheating the system" because I wanted to cash MY checks to immediately deposit to PREVEGOING IN THE RED. I'm sure if I'd been dressed in a suit and had a $300 Ryan from the Office haircut, she would have at least smiled. She kept using the word "recourse" which I don't even know the definition of. Needless to say, I will be back in the morning to speak with a branch manager and to speak my mind more calmly. This is banking discrimination because we do occasionally get in the red and I'm being reprimanded .
