- JSJ SchroederFeb 19, 20251.0I’ve been a faithful customer for about 20 years, and it’s time for a change. If I could put it lower than one star, I would. Please don’t bank here. Wells Fargo WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY!!! They change their accounts after you sign paperwork that has parameters to follow. I follow those parameters, and I still get charged fees for having a bank account with them. What kind of sense does that make? Seriously. Don’t bank here unless you want to throw your money away like trash.
- MMMark MastronardiAug 26, 20241.0Awful. I had a form I needed notarized and they wouldn't do it because I didn't have an account with them even though my 14 year old son does. Considering that this is a small town where word gets around, and where there are surprisingly quite a few options for banking, you'd think Wells Fargo would be a bit more eager and willing to help out folks in the community they serve, especially when it comes to something as simple as notarizing a form. Apparently that's not the case. I would have been OK with paying a couple of dollars too for the convenience, but... too much to ask. I'm disappointed, and will be advising my son and everyone else I know to bank elsewhere.
- SLSteven LaraApr 18, 20241.0I deposited $800 into the atm at this location and immediately after that it said “out of order” kept my money and debit card! Did not deposit the cash into my account. Wells Fargo says they will look into it and get back to me in 10 business days! Been a customer for over 20 years and I’m done with Wells Fargo after this.
