He generously helped me notarize my documents and did so with a warm smile, which made the whole process easy and pleasant. Great customer service like this really stands out during the frenzied holiday season.

The teller I dealt with in person assumed my kid isn't from this country when I told her my kid doesn't have a license yet. Her manager intervened in that conversation completely dismissing her employee's inappropriate assumption. I could understand if she said I needed a photo ID to open the account but she said I could use my kid's passport. All I could think was, "Do you ask everyone for their passports or just assume every Mexican isn't from here?" Very disappointed with today's experience. I'd put the teller's name in this review but I wasn't interested in her name at that point.

He took the whole time with one customer despite a line of 4 groups waiting for him. Better to go somewhere else. The reviews show how much effort they put into this location.. might as well just close it.
