In my opinion, they are a great credit union, they detect fraud , stop the transactions from happening and notify you of any fraud attempts prior to you, even realizing it has happened. It would be beneficial due to the growth of GEORGETOWN for them to open a new branch in the Williams Drive area, due to the Growth in the Wolf Range shopping center.

RBFCU back office team is really lost and may be affecting other customers. Here is my feedback. Location: 2: Very hard to get in due to busy intersection and restaurant next door. - Extremely busy branch. Long wait. Service: 3: Staff members are doing their best, but short staffed and there is a line. Back Office & Management: 2: Just stay away. Takes long time to get someone on the phone from home or even in the office. I had planned to transfer my accounts to local branch, but I ended up closing them within 48 hours.
