We have a rather difficult mortgage construction loan, things have happened beyond our control and just when we are ready to tie up loose end this bank has been dragging their feet without explanation or even providing a time line by which they will have answers. Very frustrating and very put off. Never again will we do business with Prosperity bank. Follow up: Our builder defaulted and so in order to close with this bank we were told that we had to get a new GC to sign the All Bills Paid affidavit, yea right! What builder would guarantee that all bills have been paid when he hasn't even seen the house? That was impossible and they knew it, nothing but road blocks and delays! Then we find out today they added attorneys fees to our monthly payments without informing us, more deceit. Never never never again will we ever say anything good about this bank chain. Worse experience ever!
