  Customer service sucks here, I always get a bad look on me because I don’t go in with a blue suit and shiny shoes. I’m a blue collard worker and always try to go right after work because their hours of operations don’t count on people that have 9-5’s .

  Not impressed at all by the customer service I receive at only this location. Went in this past week after being on the road for two weeks with cash and a check from family. The cash was to bring my account current for less then $30.00, will not say the lady’s name. But instead of applying the cash first and brings the account current then apply the check as I was thought and would have working for Fort Hood National Bank and being trained to do so, both currencies were done together and then a 11 day hold was placed on the 500 dollar check or 7 business days. Interesting enough, I returned with a 3,500 check yesterday 12/11/2023 to deposit it after canceling the mobile deposit transaction to be convinced not to have Jennifer call and cancel it and deposit it there. So I didn’t! Instead I left and drove out of my way to W 5Th Street’s location where the 3,500.00 check was deposited and applied right there and I even opened a CD with part of it. Top notch professionalized employees at the 5th Street location and they need to be recognized for being so.
