Find people who are competent and can do the work, even if you have to pay them more and get rid of the people who are not competent to do the job.

So I went in and expected to be greeted or maybe one of the tellers will show compassion and should say, " how may I help you?" NO! One of the tellers was just looking at her computer pretending like she didn't see me standing in front of her and the other teller walked away. When the one who walked away came back from whatever she was doing at the back said, "Hi! May I help you?" It took them that long? WOW! We are at lunch break and in a hurry to go back to work ourselves only to find tellers unavailable. I have to stand and wait until they decided to serve whenever they feel like it? That is unacceptable attitude of being a Customer Service.
