Totally don’t care about customer service. Will literally look at you and not open their doors 10 minutes after opening

This location is the worst, I wish the bank authority would check and balance who they are hiring for customer service jobs. I went to this location twice. A guy, I guess the name Komry, is a really rude and ill-mannered person. I wish they would take action against him. He doesn't know how to behave in customer service job. Worst experience every time. I will never go to this location again.

Waited over 10 minutes in drive thru. Nobody came. Went inside and saw 3 tellers chatting with one customer. I asked if the bell didn’t work. She said “why yes it is, we were assisting this one client “. Wait, all three of you? Labor shortage is a joke. They had the people which choose not to take my deposit. In the end I got my deposit taken care of and was told to “have a nice day”. Nothing about the 10 minute wait with no assistance while they all joked with one customer.
