    Compared to the Houston branches by far the worst one, and worst of all closed on Saturday, so if you’re like me out of town and works mon-fri from 7-5 not having the ability to fix any issue is a pain, even the branch in my small home town of angleton opens on Saturdays for this exact reason to give working people the ability to handle there finances in person and the fact that theres only 2 locations for the whole city is insane

    Worse Service, takes several hours to thank you get assistance on basic questions. I literally dread when its time to pay their credit card bill as it takes at least three hours due to pure incompetence with technology.

    Customer service telephone number too bad please work in that bee like 2hrs 45 minutes to be attended but they didn't helped me 😭😭😭😭😭😡😡😡😡😡😡

    I was happy, with this credit union, but now I am really upset, can't sleep. It started early this week, my friend made a deposit, and because she put down the first thing she thought of, they think its a scam, she even called, and as of yesterday they finally sent money for my first car payment, I was told because I paid it before, thank God I was'nt charged a late fee! As of yesterday the are taking in deposits, but I can't get any money that is mine! I THOUGHT I FINALLY FOUND THE RIGHT CREDIT UNION BUT VERY DISAPPOINTED IN THEM
