    Online services must be run by a toddler. The online account system constantly has errors not allowing you to pay your credit card/accounts for days. Customer service to claims its due to "user error" or "browser compatibility". No its not. Your web services are trash and cheaply managed. Will never open another account/card again with this bank. Cant wait until its paid off!

    Worse Service, takes several hours to thank you get assistance on basic questions. I literally dread when its time to pay their credit card bill as it takes at least three hours due to pure incompetence with technology.

    Customer service telephone number too bad please work in that bee like 2hrs 45 minutes to be attended but they didn't helped me 😭😭😭😭😭😡😡😡😡😡😡

    Banking is a competitive industry. There is no reason to accept subpar customer service. I had to create a false narrative to get past Maxine, the AI telephone receptionist, who only offered limited choices. Then I was told my wait would be 80 minutes! A few years ago, my call was answered in a reasonable time, even after office hours! My family will not tolerate this nonsense; we are closing all of our accounts and will never recommend TDECU!
