  Just made my first deposiy with you guys. Excellent service and was able to get signed up with palm scan which is VERY convenient, especially if you forget your ID. No customers were in the bank which means no wait time. I love it here!

  Arbitrary Holds, Contradictory Lies, and “Mom & Pop” Banking in 2025 This branch is the textbook definition of unpredictable, amateur-hour banking. Within the first 30 days of opening my business account, part of my deposit was placed on a 10-day hold. Fine — I asked why, and the branch supervisor explicitly told me it was due to the account being new and that after 30 days, checks would clear in full. Fast forward to today, after months of flawless checking account activity. Same branch. Same type of deposit. Suddenly, I’m told the funds will be held again. When I asked why, the front-desk agent said she “doesn’t know — it depends on the system.” That alone should terrify anyone running a business. Apparently, your access to your own money is decided by a mystery algorithm no one can explain or predict. When I referenced what the supervisor previously told me at this exact same location, I was met with: “That means nothing — his word against mine.” That statement alone tells you everything you need to know about the professionalism here. Then came Jasmin, who appeared uninvited, defensive, and confrontational. She confidently claimed there was “no way for them to know” whether a cashier’s check would clear same day or be held for 10 days. Let that sink in — a federally regulated financial institution admitting they have no visibility or control over deposit holds. After I insisted on speaking to the branch manager, Jasmin suddenly “clicked around” at her desk — and like magic, the entire deposit was made available instantly. So let’s be clear: • They can release the funds • They won’t unless challenged • And they’ll gaslight you until you escalate This is not how a serious financial institution operates. This is mom-and-pop banking logic masquerading as a credit union — inconsistent rules, untrained staff, contradictory answers, and decisions made on the fly. If you’re a business owner who needs predictability, transparency, or professionalism, this branch is a liability, not a partner. I strongly recommend documenting every interaction here — because clearly, policy changes depending on who you talk to and how hard you push. ⭐ 1/5 — Only because they eventually released my own money after unnecessary confrontation.
