Because of some complications that we caused, it took about 2 hours to complete this task. The entire time Maria patiently explained and organized each step of the process. She was amazing!!! I’m so glad we’re switching to Capital One. Maria was the BEST!!! Wish I could give 10 stars!!!

I submitted a mobile deposit 10/5/2025 and according to their mobile app, it stated that the deposit would be available October 10, 2025. Also, when I spoke to the representative, she stated that I had received an email from them letting me know that my deposit will be held until December 5th of 2025! I never received the email meaning they don’t really communicate well with their consumers which is horrible and two their mobile app today October 9th, 2025 at 6:49 PM Still says that my deposit will be available October 10th, 2025👎🏾!! Do not get a bank account with them!!
