Llamé y me dijeron que hoy estaría disponible, pero al volver a comunicarme me informaron que lo están reteniendo por cinco días por “sospecha”, sin dar una explicación clara. Lo más molesto es que en el momento del depósito no te informan que el cheque será retenido tanto tiempo. No te dan la opción de decidir si quieres depositarlo o no sabiendo esa información, y una vez depositado tampoco te permiten revertirlo. Es muy frustrante, sobre todo cuando uno necesita el dinero, y el banco simplemente se lava las manos. Definitivamente necesitan ser más transparentes y claros con sus clientes.
