    Visited branch yesterday there is a reason why the reviews are negative. There was only one teller and she was trying to help however zero resolution. Update 12.12.2025 3rd visit made Appointment for 9:00 am but no one here to assist. The email below given is useless. No one contacted

    They have one bank teller. One in office and several people behind door sitting down at 3:00 pm in the day. This office is horrible. Don’t even great you when you walk in the door AVOID this branch

    I have a mixed feeling about this location,A couple weeks ago i received some good service and I happily came back today to finish off the process. I met with Brian Tadlock who seemed to be ready to get out the store. I arrived about 10-15mins before close time and I knew exactly what needed to get done. Unfortunately the Vice President/Branch Manager did not care that i had left work early rushed through traffic to make it to the bank. Without remorse he told me they cannot help me because they will not have enough time to help me because it was close to 5pm.( If I am not mistaken I thought you help whoever is in the store before closing time). A couple workers got done before 5pm but Brian Tadlock representing Wells Fargo was not willing to help me and told me to set up an appointment for another day. Long story short I was very disapointed by the borderline racist treatment that I got from this man, Maybe he was just having a bad day and ready to go home,but from one professional to another that`s not how you conduct business especially to a customer. I am sure he is a good man, but today was not one of his finest and it has cost wells fargo a customer and plenty more as I was about to open a non profit account and I will gladly tell my donors that I was not able to open an account with wells fargo and not willing to any more because of a Vice President/Branch Manager called Brian Tadlock.
