Our representative, Donna, was incredibly welcoming, professional, and informative. She addressed the purpose of the visit and helped us with additional details and proactive steps. I couldn't be more pleased with the customer service we received and I will be sure to come back again.

Not a first occurrence, this is the second time this lady has been blatantly rude. Won’t be returning to this branch again and will be calling Wells Fargo HQ about this.
