- MAMonica ArgüelloOct 18, 20255.0I visited the bank to open a checking account. The employee who helped me in the lobby tried to find a banker for me, but they were all in meetings. She was very kind and explained how to make an appointment. I really appreciate when employees, even if they can’t help right away, still make an effort. That kind of service makes me feel very happy and valued as a customer.

Majority of the banks I have visited thankfully carry some sort of candy or item so I replenish. However this one does not.. There is an individual in here particular who I’ve had trouble with, their lack of communication and hospitality seem to affect their service and it appears they are not happy here. Maybe it’s because of the lollipops too

And you’re telling me the owner decided to stop giving out simple lollipops? What a shame. They have an image in the building of a woman eating a lollipop too. This is false advertisement

I had a mess I had to fix because of this error. That is a good chunk of change to just carelessly be put in the wrong account.
