She was very kind and explained how to make an appointment. I really appreciate when employees, even if they can’t help right away, still make an effort. That kind of service makes me feel very happy and valued as a customer.

Majority of the banks I have visited thankfully carry some sort of candy or item so I replenish. However this one does not.. There is an individual in here particular who I’ve had trouble with, their lack of communication and hospitality seem to affect their service and it appears they are not happy here. Maybe it’s because of the lollipops too
