Nope. Can't recommend this crappy bank. Got a "fraud alert" for a zelle transaction and a number to call. Called the number and got told to go to a bank. Went to the bank, tried to get the "alert" clearex and close my account, and couldn't do so due to "pending" transactions because of the stupid alert Total headache, steer clear!

Good luck talking to someone who makes over ten dollars an hour. Going ooing on 36 minutes on hold for a supervisor after asking for a manager

Extremely upset of an outcome for a loan application assisted by Rosa Ortiz. I was sent an email for supporting documents. The documents were sent a day later but the loan request was rejected prior to reviewing the supporting documents. I was provided with an option to submit the application again with the supporting documents which will take another credit score impact. There were no other solution to her mistake. Just very unprofessional.
