Hands down, the WORST banking experience ever! Closed my business and personal accounts today! Yay!!!. I also bank with Wells Fargo, Fidelity and National Bank of Omaha. Could not tolerate the carelessness of the Truist Bank located on FM 423 in Little Elm, TX anymore! Please consider all other financial institutions before banking here! Their customer service, online banking and banking policies are sub-par and antiquated. I DO NOT recommend this bank as a whole. Aaron is a wonderful compassion employee whose hands are tied when it comes to helping. He can only do so much. Praying he finds an opportunity that suites his gifts🙏🏽

Called this branch in hopes of getting some answers. Spoke to Erica Jordan, who had answers to all my questions. She was amazing. I plan on getting auto loan, Heloc and Personal line of credit with them... Great Experience.
