They also never answer the phone at this location. Long term Premier customer will be switching banks over this branch. Hopefully Truist sees all the bad experiences over the last several months and makes changes!

When I called for an update on cheque issued to a credit card for my payoff, the response I received was unprofessional and uncertain, showing a lack of knowledge and courtesy. Instead of addressing my concerns properly, Adam ended the call in a very rude way by hanging up. This is not the level of service I expect from a professional financial institution. Clear communication and respectful customer service should be a priority, but unfortunately, that was not my experience here.
