Avoid at any cost I called to ask about opening an account with this bank no answer so I thought I would take a drive and go to the lobby of the bank and open an account in person when I got there there was nobody in the lobby zero there was 3 people at the teller station. I asked to open a new account. They said the person in charge is not in the building. They have to call someone to come into the building to take care of banking matters. After waiting for a few minutes, I decided against opening an account with this Bank Customer service zero

The drive through teller refused to help me because I arrived 3 minutes after 1:00 PM. Fair enough, but I'm not impressed with the customer service.

No acknowledgement that I was even there. Had to call twice to get a person say anything. Website is not helpful.

I went to the Legacy Bank on Preston road to make a payment to my landlord who has an account there and asked for change for a $100 bill. They accepted the landlord payment but wouldn’t provide me change. This is a bank for crying out loud. In this age of competition, you need to stand out from all of the rest. Being a business owner myself for 15 years, management should extend this courtesy for others because it makes good business sense with minimal cost. Now, there’s one more customer out there who has a bad taste about the bank which can add up to significant loss.
