    I have nothing but the best things to say about this bank. When I first walked in, I was honestly caught off guard by how nice and modern it looked — definitely not your typical bank. Since day one, we’ve always worked with Jared (or as I like to call him, “J-Money” 😄). He’s been outstanding — professional, personable, and always goes above and beyond to take care of everything we need, from deposits to account support. After about nine months of working with him and experiencing the level of service he provides, I decided to open my own personal account here as well. I’ve already got my appointment set with Jared, and I couldn’t be more confident in my decision. Nothing but respect for him and everyone at First Citizens Bank.

    They are not welcoming I came to open am account and was told I could not speak with a banker or anyone that they have a review process. I make plenty money your loss.

    I’d like to personally thank Jarrod Berger from the First Citizen bank located in Frisco, Texas. My grandparents have banked with First Citizen for over 25 years. Jarrod has been informative, patient and resourceful while helping senior citizens. Furthermore, we unfortunately have had to deal with probate and issues that occur and want to thank Jarrod for the extra time spent, proactive measures to keep compliant and care with concern throughout this process. Thank you First Citizen of Frisco. Thank you Banker Jarrod!

    This is the worst bank i ever dealt with ! I had to do a payments through them and i never received the order and the bank they charged the full amount and refused to do any dispute as it was a fraud ! You cannot trust such banks
