Lady at thr entrance said we can't help you because you need to open your own account so that's not something we can help with....I'm like okay, can someone guide me....she goes 'SURE!' Wasn't that the initial thing she should have said to a customer asking to open her own account? Also, they don't even know the answers to basic questions. I aksed them to open my own account and I already had a pre existing account but I don't want the other first account holder to see my second account. They said they won't see it, and made a second account and guess what, all the details on secondary account is visible to the primary account holder from the first account. How irritating- people at this bank are pretty much clueless or lazy-still not able to tell. Update: I called the CapitalOne Customer Care Helpline and they helped me sort my account issues. If anyone is facing issues with their account, please call the helpline and someone competent/diligent will kindly help you. Thanks for the helpline :)
