- DLDestiny LOct 31, 20251.0Coming to the reviews I’m not surprised. I stopped by the branch because I needed to use the restroom and was told because I didn’t have an account I couldn’t use their restroom. Lost a potential customer/member over the utilization of the bathroom.

I work 9-5 myself so can't come when they are open and their night deposit box is useless and out of deposit envelopes and seems to not work anyway. The app works great but as for customer support when you need it, not so much.
