- LHLarry HudsonDec 17, 20251.0My wife went to make a withdrawal and this location told her no because of the amount. They verified funds we're available but still told her no. The branch manager Mindy Easterbook was no help. I told her I've been banking with Wells Fargo since 1997 & told her I used to work there and Ms. Easterbook doubled down adding a false facade of concern. I called the Wells Fargo 800# and they confirmed my funds were available and suggested I go to a different branch. We went to a different branch and withdrew our money with no problem. The Friendswood branch was not helpful.

- SMSuzanne MarettMar 28, 20221.0SHAMEFUL. REQUIRED that my 81 yo handicapped mother go to DPS & get a Texas ID card to access her OWN safe deposit box!!! Her TX Driver's license expired in 2018 & was told by bank manager that she couldn't " override the system" to let her into the box. My mother has NEVER needed a state ID for ANYTHING until this escapade! I STRONGLY ADVISED MY MOM TO CHANGE BANKS. Like I said...SHAMEFUL!!!
