Now it seems like they don't care, my debit card keeps getting blocked and I have to wait on the phone for 30 to 40 minutes before I get to talk to someone everytimeit happens. That Maxine thing never helps it's just annoying. It used to be where a person would answer and transfer you immediately to the right help. I feel that they do this on purpose so that people quit calling when help is needed. Maybe only people with big accounts get real help, I don'tknow. I paid off several loans and always had my accounts current and truly do not deserve the bad service. Then, they have someone replying to the reviews with the same apologies and excuses but nothing gets fixed.
