- RARet Aphin4 days ago1.0Online services must be run by a toddler. The online account system constantly has errors not allowing you to pay your credit card/accounts for days. Customer service to claims its due to "user error" or "browser compatibility". No its not. Your web services are trash and cheaply managed. Will never open another account/card again with this bank. Cant wait until its paid off!

Now it seems like they don't care, my debit card keeps getting blocked and I have to wait on the phone for 30 to 40 minutes before I get to talk to someone everytimeit happens. That Maxine thing never helps it's just annoying. It used to be where a person would answer and transfer you immediately to the right help. I feel that they do this on purpose so that people quit calling when help is needed. Maybe only people with big accounts get real help, I don'tknow. I paid off several loans and always had my accounts current and truly do not deserve the bad service. Then, they have someone replying to the reviews with the same apologies and excuses but nothing gets fixed.

We visited their facility yesterday and had several thing that we needed to process. Erica ( she has helped us before) took us into her office, addressed all the issues we had and promptly took care of all our needs. Erica is so friendly, professional, and very proficient in her job.
