- KMKasandra MitchellAug 17, 20241.0Greg-Premier banker refused to assist me to change accounts. I noticed that the appointment he stated he has did not show up in time and so he refused services. I was there 20 mins until closing and he said that the service I wanted takes 30 mins. I have never seen a bank do this before this is insane. Won’t be coming back to this location! Please beware they don’t assist you if you need help even though you come prior to closing.

Greg Miller was the banker who helped me today and what a wonderful experience it was! He was so patient and genuinely caring. He took his time to go over options with me and what’s more he helped build up my confidence! It was like a financial therapy session! I will be coming to this branch for any in person banking needs I have in the future. Thanks so much Greg!
