  This location sucks 20min to make a deposit with 2 people in front of me , wrote this in line while waiting with 1 customer in line with a money order wow , one lady walked out

  I went into this location with a check issued by Wells Fargo. They refused to cash the check because I don't have an account with Wells Fargo and because they said my ID was invalid, which it was not. I explained how I was I was out of gas and really needed the check cashed. They still refused to cash their own check. Whatever happened to compassion.

  So I called this exactly location to ask for help about my account. Because even though I went there and tried to deposit my check and get my money available today. The NOT very well trained or polite teller couldn’t do it right, she looked as she didn’t know what she was doing. After I left the bank to check my account and see if the money was there, my account was negative and for $.75 there was gonna be an $35 overdraft. So I don’t know what is going on with this location. This is ridiculous, y’all need to train your people. People don’t always have time to be wasted like that. Sometimes we need the money the same day.

  It's a bank. Nice people and there's no pressure to sign up for stuff you don't want to. To another review, most all banks will charge you to cash a check if you don't have an account there.
