- DNDanny NOct 28, 20221.0I made an appointment online at 4 pm and when I got there, the banker looked sort of hesitant to assist me after looking at his watch. And then he be like oh yea just come have seat. Then I told him I wanted to close my account and open a new one, he then said We can close it for you but we can’t open a new one today because It’s kind late now. I was feeling right in the beginning by seeing this man’s gesture. I’m like its okay you don’t have to close it down and then come back to open another one on a different day. They are just lazy and should not do appointments anymore

- JJJesseniaNov 28, 20161.0Service time greatly varies by teller. Service. is sometimes chaotic. Was almost short changed $40 in one ocasion. Was denied currency due to "damage" it was not mutilated nor did it require special examination to determine it's value. Overall would not recommend. I would recommend Bank of Texas off of Penn st.
