- SWSharion WallaceJul 18, 20251.0I sold my car to Carmax and went to this location to deposit the check they paid me for my car. The tell had me wait 30 mins for her to call someone who told her that the check could not be deposited and she couldn't even give me the reason. Now I'm sitting at Carmax again waiting on another check....the exact same check to be issue. I truly feel like the teller thought that I was committing fraud however, if you're going to not deposit check you should definitely give the customers a legitimate reason!!! She was profiling and discriminating!!!
