  Dear Wells Fargo Team, I wanted to take a moment to share an exceptional experience I had yesterday at the Wells Fargo drive-thru on Heritage Trace in Fort Worth, Texas. In a world where genuine customer service feels increasingly rare, my visit truly stood out. I was assisted by a young lady named “Chi.” From the moment I pulled up, she greeted me with warmth, professionalism, and a smile that you could hear in her voice. Throughout my transaction, she was friendly, attentive, and efficient. What moved me most was her taking a moment to thank me for being a Wells Fargo customer for over 27 years. In all my time banking with Wells Fargo, I have never had an employee recognize or acknowledge my long-standing relationship—and it meant more than she realized. Her kindness and sincerity stayed with me so much that I told my husband about it at dinner. Today, I happened to be in the area again and felt compelled to stop in and let the Branch Manager, Joyce, know what a positive experience I had. Although she was with someone when I first stopped by, I returned a short while later. I regret that I did not catch the name of the woman who greeted me inside, as she was also extremely kind and helpful. She went to get Joyce, and I was able to share my experience. I was pleasantly surprised to learn that Chi has only been with Wells Fargo for about two months and that this was only her second time working the drive-thru. Her professionalism, her genuine warmth, and her natural customer service skills are remarkable—traits you simply cannot teach. Wells Fargo truly has a star in Chi. She embodies exactly what customer service should look like, and she made a lasting impression on me. As I told Joyce, you can hear the smile in her voice… and that’s not something anyone can fake.   Branch manager, Joyce is rude, sarcastic, and unprofessional… I filled out a survey on her, and then she retaliated against me. She made up lies to get my bank accounts closed after 32 years being a Wells Fargo customer…

  ATM Machine takes money and then malfunctions. Can’t spit my bills back out or credit my account. Customer service just sends you to a different representative because nobody is capable of doing anything on their end, it’s always someone else’s department. Branch Manager Joyce Holmes and Personal Banker Robert Reyes gave me the run around until I left. Nobody has the ability to credit an account or return funds. It’s always someone else’s issue. I would have liked it if just one person would have said, “Hey, I know this is a serious issue and we would love to help you get this sorted out as quickly as possible.” Everyone shifts blame so they don’t have to do any work. Very irritating experience.

  AS A DISABLED VET I WE T TO THE BANK IT WAS EMPTY.I WAS TALKING TO THE YOUNG LADY ABOUT OPENING A SAVINGS TO MUCH IN CHECKING AND THE MANAGER CAME OVER AND TOLD ME WE HAD 15 MINUTES TO FINISH.SO AFTER 13 YEARS IM LOOKING ELSEWHERE.
