- PBPaul BSep 16, 20252.0ATM Machine takes money and then malfunctions. Can’t spit my bills back out or credit my account. Customer service just sends you to a different representative because nobody is capable of doing anything on their end, it’s always someone else’s department. Branch Manager Joyce Holmes and Personal Banker Robert Reyes gave me the run around until I left. Nobody has the ability to credit an account or return funds. It’s always someone else’s issue. I would have liked it if just one person would have said, “Hey, I know this is a serious issue and we would love to help you get this sorted out as quickly as possible.” Everyone shifts blame so they don’t have to do any work. Very irritating experience.

All I needed was a simple signature notarized and NOPE-one hour wait or make an appointment (first available-4 hours). That’s pathetic! I’ve been a customer with WF since 1972!!!!!! If it wasn’t so difficult to set up with another bank, I’d be a former customer within 4 hours!!!! But…today is the day I move to be just that SOON-former customer in the works.
