  Hola esto no es para ofender a nadie simplemente hoy llevé a mi abuelita al banco y tuvimos una experiencia un poco desagradable debido a un mal entendido explico ,,, siempre llevo a mi abuelita a esta sucursal debido a que hablan Español lo cual es nuestra primer lengua , ella pidió depositar 2000 dólares y mandar a México, antes de eso mi abuelita preguntó , a cuánto están pagando el dollar ? La cajera respondió $18.48 , entonces mi abue dijo entonces mandé $2300 para cubrir ciertos gastos ,,, entonces la cajera solo envió $300 , mi abuelita no se percató de eso ella confió en que mandó la cantidad que ella pidió , cuando mi abuelita sale al carro me dice así fíjate cuánto van a recibir en México,,, le dije abuelita aquí dice que sólo mandaste $300 ,, dijo no , yo le dije $2300, bueno decidimos entrar al banco y yo fui con ella , le pregunté a la cajera que avía un error que mi abuelita pidió mandar $2300 , que de quién fue el error , ella no supo responder llegó el manager y dijo ooo esque solo puede mandar $1500 al día , le dije y porque no le explicaron a mi abuelita ? Le dije se supone que le deberían de aver explícado y ella decidiría si mandar los $1500 o menos nooo???? Le dije ósea que hay que pagar más por el envío de otros $1200 para completar $1500 que pudo aver mandado de una sola vez , en fin tuvimos que pagar por otro envío,, este comentario lo dejo no para dañar a nadie soy cliente por más de 15 años de este banco y no avía tenido una situación similar , Mi comentario quiero que sea constructivo para que tomen un poco más de tiempo para explicar el procedimiento que se ase a cualquier cliente pero más empatía con personas adultas ya que ellas probablemente no entienden Por su atención Gracias.

  DO NOT put your money in this bank. Someone that works here stole $1000 from my mother’s account. She is a senior citizen. They used her signature and we are not trying to open an investigation. It is not recommended. Be careful. No usen este banco. Un trabajador(a) le robó $1000 de la cuenta de mi mamá. Ella es alguien de la tercera edad. Usaron su firma para hacer la transacción. Estamos intentando de abrir una investigación. No es recomendable.

  The customer service at the front door entrance was horrible. Ms Yidefonsa was rude and refused to set up my business checking account. She repeatedly lied and said it took 1& 1/2 hours to 2 hours set up an account. Although i arrived before 4pm she said she had an appointment for néw service banking at 4 pm so how is this possible if the new account set up takes up to two hours. So I asked her is she staying after hours to accommodate the néw membership she “replied No “ . Because they close @5pm then why are you lieing maam about the processing time . Just say “you dont want to do your job.” Nonetheless i was told by customer service line that they accept walk ins . I stayed until 4:23 PM she be never had an appointment to show up. This location was convenient for me because my kids visit the dentist office across the street. 05/12/23
