- TSTraci ShippNov 17, 20251.0I'M IN LINE THIS MORNTING WITH 1 LADY IN FRONT OF ME AND THERE ARE 4 TELLERS TOTAL BUT 1 TELLER IS NOT OPEN AND AFTER 1 OF THE 3 TELLER FINISHES SHE GOES OVER TO THE TELLER THAT'S NOT OPEN AND NOW THE LINE HAS 3 PEOPLE IN IT NOW SO I GO AFTER WAITING 7 MINS TO THE 2 TELLERS WHERE THE WINDOW ISN'T OPEN AND I SAY WE'RE WAITING ON YOU AND SHE SAYS TO ME "WELL I'M HELPING HER WITH THIS SITUATION" AND I FELT LIKE WE(THE CUSTOMERS IN LINE) WERE MORE INPORTANT THAN HELPING HER CO WORKER OUT AND THE WAY SHE ANSWERED ME WAS VEEERRRRY UNPROFESSIONAL SO I WALKED OUT AND WROTE THIS REVIEW BECAUSE NOW I SEE WHY THEY HAVE A 2.2 RATING AND I WILL NEVAH EVAAAAH COME BACK TO THIS BRANCH. IF I COULD GIVE ZERO STARS I WOULD!!!
