- JSJustin Smith3 days ago1.0Visited this place two fridays ago and spoke to a young man about refinancing our vehicle. He was friendly enough and explained he would be on vacation the following week and passed me off to one of his colleagues in a group chat. I filled out the application when I got home on the same day, and texted them photos of my ID, insurance, etc as requested. And then… nothing. Two weeks passed and I haven’t heard a word back from anyone here. Not the kid I spoke with in the lobby, or the guy he handed me off to. Not so much as a call, text or email (and they had all three). Meanwhile, the deadline for purchasing my vehicles extended warranty through the manufacturer came and went. Very disappointed. This place is a joke. Avoid doing business here.

It’s a heavy & difficult situation, but Shelby made the process as seamless as possible. At every turn he went above and beyond to provide excellent customer service. He communicated clearly, calling in to check in with updates on the process, moved things forward expeditiously, and did it all with such a positive, can-do attitude. I cannot recommend this branch or Shelby enough!
