- JSJustin SmithNov 21, 20251.0Visited this place two fridays ago and spoke to a young man about refinancing our vehicle. He was friendly enough and explained he would be on vacation the following week and passed me off to one of his colleagues in a group chat. I filled out the application when I got home on the same day, and texted them photos of my ID, insurance, etc as requested. And then… nothing. Two weeks passed and I haven’t heard a word back from anyone here. Not the kid I spoke with in the lobby, or the guy he handed me off to. Not so much as a call, text or email (and they had all three). Meanwhile, the deadline for purchasing my vehicles extended warranty through the manufacturer came and went. Very disappointed. This place is a joke. Avoid doing business here.
